About the Job
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced leader to guide our growing youth ministry (grades 6–12), which currently serves 175–200 students each week. You’ll help students take ownership of their faith, build a strong discipleship culture, and empower adult and student leaders to grow in ministry.
What You’ll Do
•Lead and develop a team of 40 + volunteer leaders and paid staff.
•Oversee weekly youth gatherings, small groups, discipleship, outreach, and student leadership development.
•Collaborate closely with our Middle School Pastor and the broader New Life team to align vision and create smooth transitions for students.
•Plan and oversee camps, retreats, and special events that connect students to Jesus and each other.
•Champion a culture that helps students grow in faith, community, and purpose.
•Communicate with parents and leaders to keep everyone connected and engaged.
What We’re Looking For
•Proven experience leading a large and growing youth ministry.
•Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
•A heart for students and a passion to see them follow Jesus.
•Ability to build and empower healthy teams of both adults and students.
•A collaborative spirit and willingness to work within a dynamic, multi-staff environment.
